"This article seeks to analyze César Aira’s writing by focusing on his novel El vestido rosa. We will consider images concerning the poetic and the feminine that destabilize the manly discourses incarnated in state rationality. The Campaña al Desierto and the indio are fundamental pieces of this “little novel” that, anchored in the pink dress, begins to dye the pampa’s horizon with a tone so intense that it allows the inversion of everything we believed we knew."
